Puppy Application

Before filling out our puppy application, please understand we DO NOT ship our puppies. We believe that our puppies should arrive at their new home with as little stress as possible.  All families must pick up their puppy in person or make arrangements with Pam Sklanka or Trudy Altwine for a personal delivery if needed.

​Thank you for your interest in our Melady's Dachshunds.  It is very important to us that our puppies end up with their families forever. We use this application to help ensure that each family chooses the puppy that is a good fit for them. Once your application has been received, you will hear from us to review and answer any questions that you may have.  We require approval of your app and receipt of deposit before you may be added to our waiting list for upcoming puppies.

​Once you are approved to adopt one of our puppies, we require a deposit of $200.00.  Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be applied to the total purchase price of your puppy or as a deposit towards a puppy from another litter.
